SUBMISSION & FEES
A maximum of two (2) works per person may be submitted and there is a $45.00 non-refundable submission fee. Submission fee is due at time of entry. Entry and submission fee do not guarantee acceptance to this show. After the submission deadline (December 8th) the juror will make entry selections and those accepted will be notified no later than December 16th. Entrants must complete an entry form through the SCAC website and submit digital images of work. Digital images must be in a high quality JPEG format. All artwork must be the artist’s original creation and must not have been exhibited in any previous SCAC exhibition. Artists are allowed to submit up to three (3) photos for each entry-a full shot of the piece and two detail shots. Remember, the judge uses the entry form photos to choose which pieces of art to include in the art exhibit. Include clear photos of the art piece with simple backgrounds that highlight the work.
All image files must be named as follows: title of work (underscore) artist’s first and last initial(underscore)medium category.

PRESENTATION
Artwork must be original and ready to display (hanging wires/frames must be attached or ready for appropriate installation). Display pedestals will be provided for appropriate work.
For work requiring specific installation: If an installation work is accepted, the artist must provide specific installation instructions or be willing to deliver and install the work themselves. If the artist chooses to deliver and install, he/she is then responsible for the de-installation and pick-up of the work the week following the close of the exhibition at his or her own travel expense. The installation, if equipped with electronic functions, must be set up by the artist to be viewer activated or be able to run continually for 7 hours daily. Such lengths of time present problems of wear and tear on an artist’s machinery and should be considered before submitting an entry with electrical or mechanical components. All equipment must be provided by the artist, unless otherwise arranged. The SCAC is not held responsible for artwork damaged during the artist’s installation.
LIABILITY
The SCAC cannot be held liable for lost or damaged work during shipping or transportation. The SCAC will be held liable for only the cost of supplies of the artwork should a piece become damaged while on display in the gallery. Proof of supplies cost is required for reimbursement.

Artists who choose to hand-deliver their work must also pick up their work the week immediately following the close of the exhibition.
