Rigid Heddle Weaving: Variety in Warp, Weft and Finishes
Saturday, June 26th
9am – 3pm (with a 1 hour lunch break, 5 hours workshop time)
Cost: $80
Max number of participants: 4
Supplies provided: use of a pre-warped rigid heddle cricket loom, yarn threader, yarn to choose
from, shuttles, yarn needles, scissors

This workshop will walk weavers through several ways of creating variety in their weavings. We will warp our looms and create a sampler of warp and weft combos using 2 different colored yarns. Participants will need to have basic rigid heddle loom skills, such as knowing how to warp the loom. Looms will be provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase a loom and/or other weaving accessories at the end of class.
