A good foundation in drawing is important for artists of any medium. Artist Katlyn Coley will guide you through the basics of drawing to help improve upon your skills or to teach you something new! Students will learn about materials, techniques, form, and composition taught through the rendering of objects and still life. All skill levels welcome!
Recommended supply list:
  • Pencils set – 2H, HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B (optional- Ebony and eraser pencil)
  • charcoal set- 4B and 6B charcoal pencil, charcoal sticks 2B-6B, and chamois
  • Erasers – vinyl/ White, kneaded, and gum
  • pencil sharpener
  • sketchbook
  • 18 x 24 Strathmore 80 lb medium texture drawing pad

*Your emailed receipt is your confirmation for the class. If the class does not make, students who have already signed up will be contacted.*

*An annual $25 registration fee is required to enroll in monthly classes and private lessons. This fee is due one time per calendar year. The class fee is waived for weekend workshops and Artist level members.*
