A community gathering place for outdoor musical live performance, meetings, outdoor movies or just a place for citizens to take a stroll.
The built in fixed outdoor stage area is a 15 feet deep and 28 feet wide. The fixed stage area which faces West College Street and the Old Mill Square Park is built into the exterior façade of the building. The stage is surrounded by a fixed, terraced fixed seating surface for at least 90 people. When the opportunity arises, the terraced seating is surrounded by 5 acres of flat green-space suitable to seat 1,000 plus in portable seats outdoors. The Public Park will have a circular, well lit walking path and a large tiered fountain and shaded picnic areas.
