Rebecca Egeland is a Birmingham native with a powerful, soulful voice. She’s been a part of the city’s close knit singer-songwriter community since 2016 and released her first solo album Only The Good in 2018. In 2019, she partnered up with AJ Covey to form a unique and percussive duo under the moniker Rude & True. Now, in the company of some of Birmingham’s finest musicians, her original songs both new and old are reimagined with a five-piece ensemble. R.E.B. is Rebecca Egeland, Taylor Goodwin, Ryan Brown, Desmond Sykes, and AJ Covey.
