The Arts Council enhances the quality of life for Shelby County Residents and helps to promote economic growth and tourism.     Free and open to the public!

    On display from May 15 – June 29, 2023

    Join us for this beautiful quilt exhibit featuring the work of Columbiana Quilts for Kids, Shelby Shores Divas, and other local quilters. This gallery exhibit is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday – Thursday from 10am – 5pm (Wednesdays 11am – 5pm). There will also be special gallery hours during Liberty Day (Saturday, June 24) in Columbiana.
