All image files must be named with artist’s last name (underscore) first name, followed by (underscore) entry number. DO NOT include any other information in the file name, such as title of work, etc.
Primary image: Lastname_firstname_1.jpg
Detail image: Lastname_firstname_1detail.jpg
Example:
Jones_Mike_1.jpg
Jones_Mike_1detail.jpg
Jones_Mike_2.jpg
Digital images should be sent as JPGs, 72dpi, measure 1200 pixels on the longest side, and saved at “high” quality.
