Fences on Parade - 2012 Winners
Shelby County Arts Council received thirty entries for the 2012 Fences on Parade. During the Shelby County's Best Barbeque the fences were judged based on the quality of the work and the interpretation of the subject matter. We are excited to annouce this year's winners.
